How do I use a section to hide/show an entire section based on a condition?

Step-by-step guide

From the Default form
From the Palette filter to Separator
Drag a Section to the top of the section you want to hide/show and then drag another to the bottom of the section.
In the top Section enter the condition that you want to control when to show or hide the section
